A visionary business leader, Mr. Sunil Kapur’s name is synonymous with infusing innovation into the food and beverage sector in India.

Considered the 'Father of the modern food retail in the India', he has created iconic brands such as Copper Chimney and is the inspiration behind the establishment of Blue Foods – a conglomerate with over 140 food outlets across India, now known as Pan India Food Solutions.

Mr. Sunil Kapur has been honored with the ‘Most Outstanding Individual - Contribution to Airport Food & Beverage Award’ at the Airport Food and Beverage Conference & Awards organized by ‘The Moodie Report’ in Manchester, for his on-going, exemplary efforts in the field of airport F&B.

Mr. Karan Kapur has been instrumental in leading TFS's setup and expansion at Mumbai, New Delhi & Muscat International Airport, and is in charge of all new ventures for the group.

He has a B.A. In Economics from Northwestern University, a Certificate in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Varun Kapur has been involved with TFS since its inception in 2009. As the Executive Director, along with his passionate team, Varun has undertaken iconic projects such as “The World’s Best Lounge” – The Adani Lounge at Mumbai Terminal 2, Multi-brand F&B Offers at Delhi Terminal 3, Revamp of Chennai Airport F&B across Terminals, Master Concession at Kolkata Integrated Terminal, Gatiman Express Inaugural Onboard Catering and India’s first award winning Food Plaza on the Railway network at Vizag, to name a few. With a motto of Transforming Travel, TFS has always been at the forefront of attempting ambitious projects that define the food & beverage experiences of travelers in India.

Varun graduated 'magna cum laude' from New York University, Stern School of Business with Bachelors in Science – Finance and Accounting. He worked as an Investment Banker at the Bank of America's Leveraged Finance Group, before returning to India to join the family's expanding business under K Hospitality Corp, one of India’s largest groups in the F&B industry. Varun has also been actively involved in the growth of some of the Group’s well known concepts such as Copper Chimney and Irish House, and he continues to be involved at a strategic level with other ventures of the Group.

Mr. Gaurav Dewan has been associated with TFS since September 2014 has an overall experience of 17 years in Sales, Marketing, and Business Strategy & Management in highly competitive fast paced industries. He has worked with companies like IDEA Cellular, Reliance Communications, Bharti Telemedia Limited, Bharti Airtel Limited.

Prior to joining TFS group, he was working with Bharti Airtel Limited as General Manager – Marketing.

Gaurav has done his MBA from The University of Greenwich, London United Kingdom in 1997-1999, and specialized in Marketing.

Mr. Vikas Kapoor is a seasoned finance professional and an avid technology buff, whose core expertise is in finance transformation and technology implementations. He has been instrumental in raising funds, setting up a wallet and worked on the OTT strategy in his past positions.
His previous stint was as Senior Vice President with Tata Sky and prior to that, he has worked across sectors in companies like Schneider Electric, Boehringer Ingelheim and Shell India across geographies.

He is a qualified Chartered accountant, Company secretary and Cost Accountant. He has also done PMP, Six Sigma and CIMA (UK).

Mr. Shauvik Modak has been associated with TFS since Nov 2012 and is a resourceful supply chain, procurement and operations executive with over 25 years of experience and proven track record of delivering superior result by holistically planning, implementing and executing strategies thus leading to strengthened bottom-line. He has worked with Food link, Food Country, National Sports Club of India, Specialty restaurants and Adlabs Films.

Shauvik has graduated from Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai and has done a course in Leadership and Team Management from Carnival College, USA.

Mr. Rajat Verma looks after two key functions at TFS, he has over 18 years of experience in B2B and B2C segment with major expertise in the field of Customer and Product life cycle management. He has handled pan India strategic assignments coupled with operation roles.

He has worked with companies like MTS, Idea Cellular and Videocon Telecommunications to name a few. Rajat has graduated from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Mr Ramadass Selvaraj comes with more than 19 years of industry experience gained through extensive technology solutions and global implementation and support, including 15+ years of delivery / program management experience and 5 years of onsite (US) consulting experience. He has successfully managed and implemented large CRM, ERP and BI programs for Fortune 500 companies.

During his career he has performed various leadership roles at TATA Consultancy Services, Birlasoft India Ltd, IBM Global Service India Pvt Ltd and TATA Sky Ltd.

Ramadass has pursued his Bachelors in Engineering from University of Madras.

Ms. Meena Shah has an overall experience of 23 years across various industries in F&B sector and has been associated with TFS since January 2010.

Prior to joining TFS, she was associated with Cricket club of India, Market City Resources & Treasure Island Malls, Landmark Group and National Food Products and Blue Foods.

She has completed her PG in Foods & Nutrition in 1994 from Mumbai University, she also holds Diploma in Total Quality Management, a certification in ISO 9000 from Chennai University and a Diploma in Food Technology from SVT University.

Mr. Darpan Mehta has been associated with TFS since March 2010 and looks after the Business Development initiatives for the company. He has 27 years of overall work experience in the field of hospitality and F&B sector. During his career, he has worked with Bombay Gymkhana and PAN India food solutions Pvt Ltd.

Darpan has pursued his Diploma in Hotel & Food technology from Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai.

Mr. Ashfaque Syed spearheads HR function for the company and has over 20 years of work experience. During his career he has worked with companies like Tata Steel, Sterlite, Ernst & Young, Hindustan Times Media Ltd, IFFCO etc. Prior to joining the Travel Food Services Pvt. Ltd, he was associated with Galadari Brothers LLC as Head – Human Resources.

He has pursued his Masters in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune University in the year 1997 and has completed Bachelors in Commerce from Symbiosis College, Pune University in the year 1995.
